For your convenience, a full size two car garage with a 6 person electric golf cart provided for you to enjoy a short ride to the beach! Making this vacation rental perfect for multiple families. Enjoy your day right at the home which offers a private courtyard, pool, BBQ area with propane grill and new outdoor furniture to help you soak in the sun! ** The first floor of the main house features an open floor plan concept with a gorgeous 12' ceiling great room, entertaining area, gourmet kitchen and a dining capacity for 14. On the same floor is a luxurious master suite with king bed, custom built in closets and a gorgeous master bath with soaking tub and double shower.
On the second floor the bedrooms are all appointed and newly furnished. You'll find 1 king bedroom with a full bath and 1 queen bedroom with French doors that lead out to the spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard/pool. This room has access to a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the bunk room featuring three twin over twin custom built in bunks. Also with balcony access, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, catching Z's or reading a good novel.
A separate newly furnished guest house comes with a king bedroom, mini fridge, microwave and full bathroom.
Cavu Caye is right around the corner from the Destiny East recreation complex with a club house, fitness Center, free rental JMax theater, large seasonally heated community pool, whirlpool, children's playground, a second lake side pool, tennis and basketball courts as well as gas grills and picnic area.
The amazing sugar sand beach is a short golf cart drive with ample parking near The Crab Trap Restaurant. Destiny East is a private gated community that is close to everything - exceptional dining, entertainment, and shopping are easy to get to. You will have no problem finding entertainment for your whole crew!
Beach Access: The Crab Trap Beach Access located 0.7 miles from the home!
**This home only rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months. * No College/Student groups allowed.A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.**

*Golf Cart - *This home comes with a 6 seater golf cart available at the home, and will make the beach commute a breeze!
*Pool Heat - *From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
*Seasonal Beach Chair Service -* Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from March 1st, to October 31st, and includes 2 chairs and umbrella provided by La Dolce Vita at the beach access by the Crab Trap.
