Bella Belleza, "beautiful beauty", is a stunning Destiny East rental, perfect for your family vacation. One of the newest, most luxurious homes available. PRIVATE, CLEAN, AND COMFORTABLE. Bella Belleza features include its short five-minute walk to the beach, lovely hardwood floors, chic décor and lush private pool with cascading spillover adorns the private backyard oasis. Custom stunning home was built with every attention to detail in mind. 2 King Bedrooms and an additional bunk room that sleeps 6, you can sleep 12 in absolute comfort. Generously appointed kitchen with top line stainless steel appliances, large center kitchen island with inlaid farmers sink is perfect for creating meals! Located on the 1st floor of the home is the Master king Suite with Large private bathroom. This Spa like bathroom has a large soaking tub, dual vanities and large walk in shower. There is a half bathroom completing this level.

Taking the stairs up to the second level of the home you will find 3 additional King Suite with private bathrooms, a custom bunk room and the media area. The media area has a Pacman game table, tv and elegant swiveling chairs, perfect hangout spot for the kids! The bunk room features 2 twin/double bunk beds with their own private bathroom. 

This home is the perfect vacation spot for families or a small friend's getaway!  

**This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.  No College/Student groups allowed. A maximum of 12 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.**

*Parking for 2 Vehicles in the driveway, parking for 1 additional vehicle in the garage. No RV's, Boats, Trailers, Campers permitted. No Street/Grass Parking per HOA.*

*Golf Cart-* This home features a brand new private golf cart to the home. You are able to rent the golf cart for $100 per day.

*Pool heat-* We offer pool from October 1st - May 1st. The private pool can be headed for an additional $75 per day/ $525 per week (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay)

*Margarita Machines -* Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.  For additional information visit our Margarita Machine page.

*Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from March 1st- Oct31st. This includes 1 chair and two umbrellas set up at the Crab Trap by LDV.*
