Welcome home, our Tahoe Donner Sitzmark Escape is your family's vacation getaway in Truckee. An open high-ceiling living space welcomes you as you step inside, with beautiful tall windows to enjoy the outdoors. Relax in front of the large-screen TV, have a family dinner that's cooked in the updated white kitchen, or enjoy a game night, this space is set up for your enjoyment. If the weather allows, the front deck will be the relaxing spot during the summer months, perfect for alfresco dinners, stargazing, or snuggling with a good book. The Tahoe Donner Sitzmark Escape has a reversed floor plan with a living room, master, 2 guest bedrooms, and a full bath on the main floor, while downstairs you'll find the bunk room, set up as an extra hang-out space with a set of bunk beds. Strategically designed so the adults in your group and the children can have their own privacy and space to enjoy each other's company and time apart. Master Bedroom with King and full bath; Guest Bedroom with Queen; Second Guest with Queen; Full Bath shared by the guest bedrooms and upstairs; Bunk Room with built-in beds and a Full Bath.

LOCATION/AMENITIES

Our Tahoe Donner Sitzmark Escape is a great Lake Tahoe rental property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year-round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes' drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do. Summer Activities Include Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball, and Archery. Winter Activities are Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Tubing, and sledding. Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.
