A dark wood exterior and quaint front porch welcome you into the Tahoe Donner Meadow View Cabin. This home offers a spacious open floorplan with plenty of space to gather together. Soft carpet and a beautiful wood beamed ceiling make the living room a cozy, comfortable space. Put your feet up and relax on one of the plush couches or easy chair. Choose from a variety of family games available or warm up by the stone fireplace. Those who want to stay connected with technology will find a flat screen TV with cable in the living room, along with access to high speed internet. Admire views of the towering pines through the set of large glass doors, or head outside onto the deck to get a closer look.

The deck puts you right in the center of nature, with a thick forest of trees all around. A beautiful green meadow can also be seen through the trees. Back inside, a half wall provides some separation between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances and a spacious island for preparing food if desired. Pull up a seat to the island for a cup of coffee or breakfast, or enjoy a full meal at the eat-in dining table that comfortably seats seven. Modern art throughout the great room provides an element of surprise and a unique flair.

The Tahoe Donner Meadow View Cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs, separate from the main living area. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and midcentury modern nightstands.

Enjoy serene wooded views from your private deck, accessed through oversized glass French doors in the master suite. The en suite bathroom features an absolutely stunning stand-alone bathtub, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak at the end of the day. A sleek vanity with his and hers sinks and a spacious, glass-enclosed rain shower complete the master bath. At the other side of the second level are two guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed that is a double on the bottom and twin on the top.

LOCATION/AMENITIES Our Tahoe Donner Meadow View Cabin is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.

Summer Activities Include: Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball and Archery.

Winter Activities are: Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing, Tubing and sledding.

Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
