The floorplan at Tahoe Donner Creek Side Retreat is thoughtfully designed, with one large great room for cooking, eating, and lounging. A comfortable couch and loveseat are positioned in the living room area, with a soft rug over the gleaming wood floors. Enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV or cuddle up near the wood burning stove during cold evenings. The kitchen features a gas stove and stainless steel appliances with everything needed for cooking and preparing meals if desired, or you can grill out on the BBQ grill provided on the deck. Enjoy dinner at the adjoining dining table fitted with eight high-back chairs or grab a casual snack at one of the kitchen barstools.
Head to the top floor of this three-level home to discover the private master suite of this Tahoe Truckee rental. Tucked away from the main living area and other bedrooms, you can enjoy complete seclusion in this enclave. The master features a king bed situated in front of a romantic corner fireplace. A large walk-in closet provides plenty of room for unpacking. Enjoy even more space on your private deck or in the loft area adjacent to the master, where a couch and easy chair create a special nook for reading or relaxing.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the Tahoe Donner Creek Side Retreat comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The remaining bedrooms can be found on the main level, with one featuring a queen bed and the other a bunkbed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. Mountain-inspired décor perpetuates the feeling of a mountain lodge throughout the bedrooms.
Families will love the amount of space to spread out that is provided in this large home. A family room on the lower level is set apart from the rest of the living areas, creating an ideal hang-out spot for playing games or watching movies. A large sectional couch and chaise lounge will make this the go-to spot for kids and teens. The lower-level family room doubles as the fourth bedroom with a twin bunkbed.

LOCATION/AMENITIES Our Tahoe Donner Creek Side Retreat with Private Hot Tub is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes' drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.
Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.
We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
