You're also a short walk from the Legacy Trail which follows the Truckee River to the east. You can saunter along with the river and enjoy the amazing views.

This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with all modern appliances, a large dining table, and an office desk for you to keep up with important business or plan your next adventure in the area. Step outside and enjoy the serene yard with comfortable seating, where mature trees provide plenty of shade, and enjoy the sounds of the water feature.
While this home is pet friendly, there are restrictions on breeds mandated by the insurance company. Unfortunately, pit bulls and rottweilers will not be allowed. Our apologies.
