The Schaffer's Mill Vacation Lodge is a luxurious estate situated on one of Truckee's top-notch golf courses. This new custom-built home has been professionally designed and decorated and has high-end finishes and attention to detail throughout the home. The Schaffer's Mill Vacation Lodge offers multiple outdoor patio and deck spaces and is a lavish mountain retreat!

A spacious great room provides plenty of space for your family or group to gather together in the Schaffer's Mill Vacation Lodge. Multiple couches and accent chairs are thoughtfully arranged to create conversational space around the stone fireplace. Although not the focal point, a flat-screen TV is provided for those who want to stay connected or unwind with a movie in the evening. The living room flows easily into the dining and kitchen areas, making it easy for everyone to be together. In the kitchen, pull up a stool at the curved island to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast. Stainless steel appliances and high-quality cabinetry make this a pleasant space to prepare a meal if desired, which can be enjoyed at the adjoining dining area seating eight.

The Schaffer's Mill Vacation lodge features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Seclusion awaits in the master suite located on the main level and tucked away from the other downstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed placed in front of a romantic stone fireplace, perfect for cold winter evenings. A large closet offers plenty of space to unpack and store away luggage. Unwind with a hot bath in the en suite bathroom, which also features a double vanity and separate shower.

Room for additional guests can be found in the two extra bedrooms located downstairs. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a glass door leading to a small patio, perfect for some peaceful reading time or enjoying a cup of coffee. The third bedroom of this Truckee Tahoe lodge offers two twin beds and also boasts access to an outdoor patio area.

Location/Amenities Tucked away on 475 acres of North Tahoe's Martis Valley, the Schaffer's Mill community is conveniently located between Northstar and Downtown Historical Truckee. The community offers amenities such as an outstanding golf course with amazing views, a club house village comprised of a restaurant/café, sports shop, workout facility, locker rooms, resort-style pool with poolside dining, there is also a shuttle service to Northstar Ski Resort in the winter (all amenities accessed with a entry fee) and The Sawyer, a restaurant featuring all day dining with a variety of locally crafted American comfort dishes with a unique twist. There is also a fantastic network of trails in and near the community, that connect to and take you all throughout the beautiful Martis Valley.

Downtown Truckee offers shops, restaurants, and the outdoor recreation opportunities available at the Regional Park and Truckee River. Nearby Northstar boasts a host of mountain biking, hiking, golfing, skiing, and snowboarding opportunities.
