Large windows and vaulted ceilings elevate the space, providing an abundance of natural light flooding in. Picture windows frame the snow-capped towering pines in the yard, and in summer the sky and trees paint brilliant shades of blue and green. Unwind on the leather living room furniture and warm up by the stone corner fireplace on cold evenings. The open concept kitchen provides upgraded appliances and plenty of counter space to easily prepare meals, and a dishwasher that makes for easy cleanup. Enjoy family meals or a game night around the 8-person dining table situated in the heart of the great room. Off the great room, glass doors open up to reveal a deck overlooking the wooded yard, perfect for barbequing or sipping morning coffee.

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy complete privacy in the master suite, tucked away from the other bedrooms. Enjoy romantic winter evenings near the corner fireplace in the master and get a good night's sleep in the large king bed. The en suite bathroom offers his and hers sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower.

The downstairs portion of the Mountaintop Tahoe Donner Getaway offers another large family room, perfect for gathering together to play music, watch a movie, or play games. A large leather sectional and separate bar area make this a great hangout spot away from the main living area. This home also offers two additional bedrooms with spacious queen beds. An office with a small desk and access to the deck is perfect for having a quiet space to work, or to use as sleeping space for additional guests on the pullout couch.

Location/Amenities Our Mountaintop Tahoe Donner Getaway provides accommodations ideal for any season. Staying in this upscale neighborhood gives you access to the Tahoe Donner Association's clubhouse, two swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year-round and a large pool open in summer only), three hot tubs, two saunas, a cardio room, and a weight room. Access to top notch golf, tennis, and hiking and biking trails are just a short drive away. Enjoy perks such as access to the Association's private beach on the east end of Donner Lake in summer, and the Tahoe Donner ski resort in winter. Booking a stay at our Mountaintop Tahoe Donner Getaway is more than simply choosing your accommodations - it is gaining access to Tahoe's active outdoor lifestyle.

Activities in the Area Summer Activities Include Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball and Archery.

Winter Activities are Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, and Snowshoeing, Tubing and sledding.

Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
