About the House: Our Mountain Relaxation Haven has been designed for your relaxation both inside and outside of the home. The living room and kitchen have a beautiful open concept that gives you plenty of space to warm up by the fireplace, lounge in the TV room, or step outside on the front deck and enjoy the views of the Tahoe Donner while BBQing your favorite foods for dinner. Exit through your master bedroom slider to the back patio and enter into a world of relaxation and cozy fun. Within a few feet of your back slider you'll find an elegant gas firepit area with a hot tub just feet away from the firepit where the family can enjoy getting comfy near the fire and relaxing in the hot tub simultaneously under the beautiful star-lit Tahoe sky.
1st Level: Enter the home through the 1st story garage or front door and receive an instant feel of an authentic Tahoe home as you walk up the staircase to the luxuries that await you on the 2nd floor.
2nd Level: Enter the 2nd story and you notice immediately that the home was made with you in mind as it has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Designed with an open concept and massive windows, the living room is the perfect spot to soak in the beautiful views of the Sierras or warm up near the fireplace. Next to the living room is a custom designed kitchen that gives you an abundance of space to cook while saving you from missing out on any family fun. As you enter the hallway you begin to approach the bedrooms. Each guest bedroom is equipped with a beautifully made queen-size bed that was put together to make you feel at home. As you pass by the guest rooms you'll find the master suite at the end of the hallway. Equipped with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and access to the hot tub and fire pit. With all the amenities Mountain Relaxation Haven offers, you'll never want to leave!

LOCATION/AMENITIES Tahoe Donner Ski resort is only 3 minutes away, the club house is about 5 minutes away, Northstar and Squaw Valley within 20 minutes drive and plenty of trails for hiking, biking and walking. Our Mountain Relaxation Haven cabin is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. Summer Activities Include: Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball and Archery. Winter Activities are: Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing, Tubing and sledding. Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.
We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
