This home has been redone with your family in mind, walk into an inviting mudroom after which you'll be welcomed by high vaulted ceilings, a beautiful large dining area, nicely remodeled kitchen for the chef in the family and a cozy living room for those game or TV nights, but wait, got kids joining the fun, set them up in the loft or bring out the creative side with some chalkboard art.

This spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 baths will have everyone entertained and relaxed with plenty of space to spread our and enjoy each other.

LOCATION/AMENITIES Our Mountain Family Oasis home is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year-round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.

Summer Activities Include: Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball and Archery.

Winter Activities are: Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, and Snowshoeing, Tubing and sledding.

Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
