Majestic Mountain Views

The spacious great room at Falcon's Eye View Retreat welcomes you into a luxurious space where you will instantly feel relaxed and rejuvenated. A soaring wall of oversized windows draws your gaze to the surrounding mountains and greenery. With only nature painting the picture outdoors, this house offers privacy and serenity. A large wraparound deck provides a front-row view with ample seating. Enjoy a steaming cup of coffee or morning exercise from the deck, or cookout on the provided grill, all while soaking in the inspiring views.

Indoors, a plush sectional couch is strategically positioned to maximize views from the comfort of inside, where you can warm up near the wood-burning fireplace. A large flat-screen TV with cable is on hand for evening entertainment or relaxing days in. The floorplan flows easily into the kitchen, where upgraded stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you'll need are on hand for preparing meals if desired. Even the kitchen is set up to maximize the views, with the stove facing the wall of windows to enjoy the scenery as you cook.

A Luxurious Retreat

You will feel pampered as you head upstairs to the master suite. The loft design allows you to continue to admire mountain views from the second-floor master. The room is open and airy, with a flat-screen TV and ample dresser space. Sliding pocket doors slide back to reveal the en suite bath, complete with double vanity, large jetted tub, and separate shower. Treat yourself to a relaxing soak in the evenings before sliding into your king bed for a good night's sleep.

A second guest bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom features one bunk bed. With one set of twin bunks and one set of double bunks, this is a great room for families traveling with children or teens. The home's elegance continues in the second bath, which features a beautiful vessel sink.

Neighborhood Amenities

The amenities offered by the Tahoe Donner Association allow you to enjoy some of the luxuries you would experience at a resort. Enjoy a dip in the heated lap pool, or in summer, cool off in the large seasonal pool or at the private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Other perks include three hot tubs, two saunas, a cardio and weight room, and easy access to tennis, golf, and the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort.

Things to Do

Summer Activities Include Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball, and Archery.

Winter Activities are Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, and Snowshoeing, Tubing and sledding.

Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
