Host your next trip at the Exquisite Alpine Chalet and impress your guests with gorgeous furnishings throughout the open living room and kitchen. Built for a chef, the large kitchen is fully outfitted and has bar-style seating for people to join in the conversation while the chef whips up dinner. Take in the fresh mountain air from the open deck over a glass of wine or come inside to warm up by the gas fireplace and soak into the plush furniture throughout the living spaces. Finally, the private hot tub is waiting for you to jump right in! The best views from the house are found right here so grab your drink and let your worries bubble away. Spread out across two levels, Exquisite Alpine Chalet features five bedrooms, two living areas, and three bathrooms. The masterful play of color and texture throughout the house makes this beautiful Chalet a relaxing sanctuary. Each bedroom has new bedding & decor along with top-of-the-line mattresses to help you unplug and recharge. On the upper level is the King Master with an ensuite bathroom and, with two more bedrooms located on this floor, one has a queen bed and the other two twins, they share a beautiful full bath. Need additional sleeping space for guests or kiddos? Take advantage of the innovative second living area, with 2 more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a kitchenette. Enjoy table games, a movie on the flat-screen TV, or jump in the hot tub right off the living room. Exquisite Alpine Chalet features plenty of space to spread out, a chic modern design with all the amenities of your own home, and more.
(Please note, this home does have a steep driveway. In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are highly recommended. If you car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.)

LOCATION/AMENITIES Our Exquisite Alpine Chalet with Private Hot Tub is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year-round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes' drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.
Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.
We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
