The kitchen and the bar area include granite countertops and custom-made cabinets and are is equipped with everything one could possibly need to create an incredible holiday meal. Our Exclusive Mountain Estate was designed for family and friends gatherings, enjoy a family dinner around the beautiful dining table, gather around the bar for a drink or two, or cozy up by the fireplace over a game, while the kids will enjoy their own space downstairs with a sectional sofa, television and gas fireplace, the choice is yours.

On the main floor, you'll find a true master suite, with high vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, a fireplace, and a spa-like bathroom, pamper yourself after an active day and soak into the jacuzzi tub.

Three other bedrooms are downstairs, with the guest suite with its own bath and 2 other bedrooms that share a large bathroom. And at the end of an active day, soak your worries away in the hot tub, enjoying the peace and quiet this home offers. You'll be delighted by everything our Exclusive Mountaintop Estate has to offer and count the days to come back!

LOCATION/AMENITIES Our Exclusive Mountaintop Estate home is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year-round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.

Summer Activities Include: Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball, and Archery. Winter Activities are: Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, and Snowshoeing, Tubing, and sledding.

Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
