As you walk through the main entrance you are greeted by a modern kitchen with a unique, large and functional layout. The light cabinets, warm countertops, chic, stainless steel appliances, and elegant fixtures make it both modern and approachable. With fully stocked cabinets and a breakfast bar for extra seating, home chefs will have an easy time creating both special meals and favourite standbys.

Next to the kitchen, you will find a large dining room outfitted with an elegant dining table perfect for entertaining or sharing an intimate dinner.

Right off the dining room, you can access the patio where you can relax with a cold drink, barbeque for a few friends or just enjoy the sun during the warmer months.

For colder days, the comfortable, commodious living room provides plush leather seating, a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV with DVD player and room to socialize or stay active. Spend a slow morning doing yoga or Pilates and in the evening curl up with a book by the fire, stream all your favourite shows and scroll to your hearts content with the high speed internet. Golfers rejoice! This lovely condo is just around the corner from Golf Vancouver Island's premier course on Bear Mountain. Olympic View, and the Royal Colwood Golf Club are also only a five minute drive away.

In nearby Colwood, you can explore Fort Rodd Hill, Canada's original British fort, Hatley Castle historic site and grounds of the Royal Roads University they also filmed X-Men there!.

The Capital Regions finest, white sand beaches and stunning parks are all nearby! You'll find Weirs Beach, Esquimalt Lagoon, and Whiffen Spit are all located outside of Victoria, right near Station Villa in the Western Communities.

Hike the trails of Goldstream Provincial Park where you can see salmon spawn in the fall, climb the mighty Mt. Finlayson or walk the West Coast Trail in East Sooke Regional Park.

With Victoria less than fifteen minutes away by car, you can easily take a day or two and explore our stunning capital city. Wander around the famous Inner Harbour where you can see the Empress Hotel, the Royal BC Museum, and the BC Legislative Buildings and then walk along the vibrant causeway where you can find locals and visitors enjoying the city. In Victoria you can shop, dine, take a tour by horse carriage or view the city by one of the many harbour ferries.

Head north up the Trans Canada Highway from the condo and marvel at the majestic views from the highway and within thirty minutes, you'll find yourself in the picturesque Cowichan Valley.

The Cowichan Valley is the Napa of Vancouver Island with dozens of wineries to explore, some boasting the finest wine in Canada. You can explore the seaside villages like Cowichan Bay and go whale watching or keep heading north to Chemainus to view their world-famous murals. There is so much to see and do on Vancouver Island!
