COVID Response: Just like many other companies worldwide, at Checked in Victoria Vacations we would like you to know that we have self distancing protocols in place for your check in to help you feel confident and safe upon arrival. We also have a standardized cleaning disinfectant and sanitizer at all our units, that has been used to prepare your unit for your arrival, and will also leave extra for your use during your stay. We use a hospital grade EcoLogo certified biodegradable disinfectant that kills 99.9% and sanitizes 99.9% bacteria.

Situated in the heart of Old Town Victoria, Harbour Breeze is a modern (circa 2014) apartment boasting a large balcony equipped with a seating area and table. Victoria's bustling Chinatown and Market Square are just minutes' walk away. Gorgeous downtown unit, 2 min to the famous Fan Tan Alley and Market Square. Just a block from the water and Inner Harbour, float planes, museums and so much more.

This unit sleeps four with full in-suite laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen and Wifi, dining for four along with a lovely sofa in the living room to experience the views of the city. This unit is perfect for a couples stay or for up to four as there is a sofa bed in the living room or enough room for your pack and play for those travelling with families.

Parking is included in the rental cost, but unless you are taking day trips to experience the rest of the island you don't really need one as all the major attractions are only steps away.

The famed Beacon Hill park is only a 10 min walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5 min walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo.

Cancellation policy: We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $100 administrative fee up until you are within 60 days of travel. Once you are within 60 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% non refundable. If you are making your reservation within 60 days of travel please be certain before you book at it will be immediately non refundable.
